You’re billed for every record in the file you send us, whether or not we find updated information for that person — the same way our own data sources bill us. If your list has gaps you already know about, it’s worth telling us in the form below before you send a full file.

No. If you already use it, we can load your enriched records there directly. If you don’t, you get a plain CSV file that imports into whatever you do use — nobody gets a smaller result just because of which CRM they’re on.
They’re still in your report, clearly marked as unresolved, not silently dropped. A person we can’t verify today is still a real person — you decide what to do with that information, we don’t make that call for you.
